Income Control Support Officer -  Fixed term or secondment (12 months)

The Homes and Communities division have a vacancy in our Income Control Section.

As an Income Control Support Officer you will assist Income Control Officers and Managers in providing an effective Income Control Service.

You will provide support services for finance, arrears recovery and administrative functions within the Income Control teams and as necessary in other sections of the Homes and Communities division, as directed by Income Control Managers.

You will be responsible to Income Control Managers for achieving agreed performance outcomes and standards.

For this post you will:

  • Be proficient in the use of modern office technology and software.
  • Have excellent verbal, communication and numeracy skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment towards customer care and the provision of a high quality services
