As the Head of HR Customer Delivery, you will lead a range of operational services for HR providing highly specialised HR expertise and advice to HR colleagues, managers, partner organisations and clients. You will ensure the effective provision of employee/payroll changes, transactional recruitment and campaign management and employee relations. You will drive the digital enhancement programme to enable automation and the modernisation of HR systems and processes. You will also ensure a qualitative and quantitative data and intelligence approach to the continuous improvement of service delivery, innovation and customer interaction.
