Islington’s Responsive Repairs Service are seeking a highly organised, proactive individual with a keen interest in service development and delivery.

Reporting into the business, communications and coaching manager the service facilitator will be responsible for creating and managing monitor systems and database; they will be actively involved in business and communication projects and will also be required to offer additional support to teams when administrator staff are sick or on leave.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a senior support role. They will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy managing a busy and dynamic workload.

The Service Facilitator role is suitable for a self-starter who is able to use their own initiative to create monitoring systems and databases, and those who enjoy project based works and relationship management.
