Contractual details:

  • Salary Scale: Soulbury EIP Grade 20 – 23 + 3 SPA’s plus Outer London Allowance
  • Salary: £60,283 - £63,867 up to a maximum of £67,257 plus £2,157 Outer London Allowance per annum

This is an exciting time to be joining Barnet Education and Learning Services (BELS). We need an inspirational leader, someone with a passion for Post 16 Education phase. You will be someone who has successfully managed a sixth form in a school or college with a respected track record across the Post-16 landscape. This post is key to securing impactful collaboration and partnership work through our Post-16 groups.

The Senior Curriculum Adviser has a pivotal role and has the responsibility for driving forward the development of vocational and technical pathways for all young people in Barnet; this will also involve the sharing of best practice across schools and colleges. The post will lead on our provision for vocational and technical curriculum development at Post 16 and lead an education business partnership supporting schools to further develop and extend collaboration with employers and businesses.
